The Wyckoff Police Department in New Jersey ditched their razors in an effort to raise awareness for pediatric cancer. The officers started an initiative called “Beards for Becca” to support our 8-year old MVP Becca who is battling leukemia.
Becca is raising money to help kids who have cancer just like her. The money the officers raise will also be matched by their PBA chapter. Becca wants to raise 100,00 before her last day of chemotherapy, November 13th. All the money the raised by the Wyckoff Police Department will also be matched by Giants quarterback Eli Manning, who agreed to match up to $100,000 of grassroot fundraisers as part of Eli’s Challenge.
